The association Entente Internationale des Luthiers et Archetiers (EILA) is responsible for processing personal data collected on the site.

Part 3: Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Scope and Purpose

These TCS govern relations between EILA and its members. The online shop is exclusively reserved for active members in good standing.

2. Service Access and Orders

Access requires prior authentication. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these TCS.

3. Products, Services, and Dues

The site allows payment of annual dues and purchase of items reserved for members, subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are listed in EUR. Payment is due immediately online by credit card or secure payment method provided.

5. Shipping

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risks transfer to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Membership Dues: Non-refundable.
  • Physical Items: 14-day withdrawal period. Return shipping costs borne by the member. Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Digital Content: No right of withdrawal after download or immediate access.

7. Liability

EILA is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical constraints, maintenance, or force majeure.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TCS are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of EILA in Switzerland (Lausanne).
